User Agreement

Terms and Conditions of Use for Connectus Home Platform (a product of Hadronlink Corporation)
Effective Date: July 7, 2025

NOTE: Connectus Home is currently operating in an early-access phase. Features and policies may evolve rapidly as we improve the service. By continuing to use the platform, you acknowledge and accept this evolving nature.

1. Introduction
Welcome to Connectus Home, a platform operated by Hadronlink Corporation (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms and Conditions of Use ("User Agreement") govern your access to and use of Connectus Home (the "Service"). By accessing the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the Service, but feel free to contact us at ciso@hadronlink.com for clarification.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the Service (“Users”). Our Privacy Policy also governs your use of the Service and explains how we collect, safeguard and disclose information that results from your use of our platform. Your agreement with us includes these Terms and our Privacy Policy (“Agreements”). By accessing or using the Service, or by clicking a button or checking a box marked “I Agree” (or something similar), you signify your agreement to be bound by these Agreements.

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. THEY CONTAIN A MANDATORY INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION CLAUSE AND A CLASS ACTION WAIVER THAT AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.

2. Our Service
2.1. Eligibility
The platform is primarily intended for homeowners and consumers seeking home maintenance and repair services. Use of the Service is open to both individual consumers and businesses. You may use the Service only if you can form a binding contract with the Company and are at least 16 years of age.

2.2. Limited License
Subject to these Terms, you are granted a non-exclusive, limited, non-transferable, freely revocable license to use the Service. We may terminate this license at any time for any reason.

2.3. Accounts
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under your credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

2.4. Communications
By registering, you agree to receive communications from us regarding service-related matters. You can manage notification settings in your account dashboard.

2.5. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities. The list of prohibited actions includes unauthorized access, distributing malicious software, impersonation, and any behavior that disrupts the integrity or performance of the platform.

2.6. Changes to the Service
We may change, suspend, or discontinue the Service or parts of it without notice. We are not liable for any modification or termination.

2.7. Service Location
The Service is operated from Canada and subject to Canadian laws. Users are responsible for compliance with local laws when accessing the platform.

2.8. SMS Communications
SMS is used exclusively for Multi-Factor Authentication. No promotional content is sent via SMS.

3. User Content
Users will not be able to publicly post or publish content. Any data shared with us, including addresses and service-related information, is treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of any information submitted.

4. Platform Role and Responsibilities
Connectus Home acts solely as a technology provider facilitating connections between homeowners and service providers. We do not provide home services directly and are not responsible for the availability, quality, safety, legality, or outcome of any services coordinated through the platform. Users agree that any agreements, communications, or disputes with third-party providers are their sole responsibility.

5. Intellectual Property
All content, except for user-submitted data, is the property of Hadronlink Corporation. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of our content without written permission.

6. Feedback
Any feedback submitted to us at ciso@hadronlink.com becomes our property, and we may use it without any obligation to you.

7. Paid Services
The Service is currently free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid features in the future with appropriate notice.

8. Purchases and Subscriptions
Not applicable at this time, but subject to future development.

9. Refunds
Not applicable at this time, unless required by law.

10. Copyright Policy
We respect intellectual property rights and will respond to valid copyright claims. Please contact ciso@hadronlink.com for notices.

11. Third-Party Links and Information
We may link to external websites or services not operated by us. We are not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices.

12. Analytics
We use tools like Google Analytics and Firebase to analyze usage patterns. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.

13. AI Use and Guardrails
Connectus Home may employ AI to improve services. We apply strict internal safeguards to protect user privacy and comply with legal and ethical standards.

14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any legal claims resulting from your use of the Service.

15. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the availability, quality, or outcome of any services requested through the platform. Connectus Home provides tools for coordination, not execution.

16. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages beyond the amount you paid us (if any), or $50 CAD, whichever is greater.

17. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms.

18. Governing Law; Arbitration; Class Action Waiver
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Disputes must be resolved by binding arbitration. Class action and jury trial waivers apply.

19. Mobile Applications
Any apps related to Connectus Home must comply with app store policies. We retain all rights to our app content.

20. General
